James Silzewski is our Public Relations person who knows this plan inside out and who could sell snow to the Eskimos if he had too.
Marketing Manager Karen Mustonen who main focus was to build and create the marketing materials for LISA .

Alexandra Lasevich is the finisher, she wrapped up the LISA packet in a nice bow for us, by explaining why LISA is going to work and its great possibilities.
Maggie Liguori is the Market Manager with the marketing plan.
Renee Bollenbach is our Business Manager and Financial Wizard, Renee put together our business plan with the future outlook for L.I.S.A.
The term innovation refers to the introduction of a new idea, method, or device. It is from a management perspective, Peter Drucker suggested that innovation is a “change that creates a new dimension of performance” (Hesselbein, Goldsmith, and Somerville, 2002, p. xi)
